  • Familiarity with AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and comfort learning new tools quickly
  • Comfort reviewing planning/zoning documents, comprehensive plans, and public comment records a plus

How to Apply

This is a remote, contract role with compensation per report completed. Each report assignment typically requires focused work spanning roughly 1 to 1.5 weeks. This commitment is project-specific (work is assigned per report, not necessarily every week), offering flexibility in how you structure your work within that dedicated project timeframe.

High performers will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, shape how we scale our research operations, and transition into a full-time role as an early team member with real ownership and impact. We’re a small team growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
